Welcome to Shravan AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shravan AI platform, including the website at www.shravan.club, the family dashboard, and the WhatsApp-based AI care service (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Shravan AI provides an AI-powered care companion for elderly parents through WhatsApp. The Service includes:

• AI-driven WhatsApp conversations for elderly users in 11 Indian languages
• Health monitoring (blood pressure, glucose, medicine adherence)
• Medicine reminders and appointment scheduling
• Emergency detection and family alerts
• A family dashboard for monitoring parent wellbeing
• Nutrition tracking and wellness check-ins

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may create only one account

3. Parent Profiles

• You must have the consent of any parent or elderly person whose profile you create on the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of health information, medical conditions, and emergency contacts provided
• You acknowledge that Shravan AI will communicate with the registered parent via WhatsApp
• The number of parent profiles you can add depends on your subscription plan

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Plans

• Free Plan: 1 parent, 5 AI messages per day, basic features
• Pro Monthly (\u20B9999/month): Up to 3 parents, unlimited messages, full features
• Pro Yearly (\u20B99,999/year): Up to 10 parents, unlimited messages, full features

4.2 Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
• Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• You may restore a cancelled subscription before the billing period ends
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Shravan AI is NOT a medical device, medical service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The AI companion provides general health monitoring, reminders, and companionship only
• Health readings tracked by the Service (BP, glucose, etc.) are for informational purposes and should not replace regular medical check-ups
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions
• In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (108 in India) immediately
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated health insights or recommendations
• The emergency alert feature is a supplementary notification system and should not be relied upon as the sole means of emergency communication

7. AI-Generated Content

• Responses from the Shravan AI assistant are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o)
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our best efforts
• We continuously improve the AI system but cannot guarantee error-free responses
• AI-generated nutritional estimates, health assessments, and recommendations are approximations only

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Shravan Club
• You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to the Service
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, or emergencies, including any delay in emergency detection or notification

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shravan Club, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content or data you provide through the Service

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@shravan.club
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Sections 6 (Health Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Indemnification) survive termination

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
• Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@shravan.club

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shravan Club
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent
