Getting Started
Shravan AI is a WhatsApp-based AI companion for elderly parents. It provides 24/7 care through natural conversations, health monitoring, medicine reminders, and emergency alerts — all via WhatsApp, the app your parents already know and use.
Sign up for a free account at shravan.club, add your parent's details including their WhatsApp number, and we'll send them a welcome message. Your parent simply chats with Shravan on WhatsApp — no app installation needed for them.
No. Your parent only needs WhatsApp, which they likely already have. Shravan AI communicates with them entirely through WhatsApp messages, voice notes, and photos. You manage everything from the web dashboard or mobile app.
Shravan supports 11 Indian languages: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, and Odia. It automatically detects the language your parent uses and responds in the same language. You can also set a preferred language.
Parent Care & Features
Shravan acts as a caring AI companion that can: track health vitals (blood pressure, glucose), send medicine reminders, schedule doctor appointments, provide emotional companionship, detect emergencies and alert you, track nutrition from food photos, and much more — all through simple WhatsApp conversations.
Your parent can share their health readings by simply telling Shravan (e.g., "My BP is 130/85") or by sending a photo of their BP monitor or glucose meter. Shravan automatically records the data, tracks trends, and alerts you if readings are abnormal.
You can add your parent's medicines with dosage and timing from the dashboard. Shravan sends WhatsApp reminders at the scheduled times and tracks whether your parent confirms taking them. If medicines are missed, you receive a notification.
If your parent mentions an emergency (severe pain, fall, breathing difficulty, chest pain), Shravan immediately sends alerts to you and the designated emergency contact via WhatsApp. You also receive a push notification in the dashboard.
Yes. Shravan transcribes voice notes using advanced speech recognition (supporting all 11 languages) and can analyze photos including BP monitors, glucose meters, prescriptions, food plates, and medical reports.
Dashboard & Management
The dashboard shows: health vitals with charts and trends, medicine adherence tracking, all WhatsApp conversations between your parent and Shravan, appointment schedules, nutrition tracking, activity logs, and real-time notifications for important events.
Yes. You can send messages from the Chat section of the dashboard. These messages are delivered to your parent via WhatsApp, appearing as messages from the Shravan number with your name.
Yes. The free plan supports 1 parent. Pro Monthly supports up to 3 parents, and Pro Yearly supports up to 10 parents. Each parent has their own profile, health records, and conversation history.
Subscriptions & Billing
We offer three plans: Free (1 parent, 5 messages/day, basic features), Pro Monthly at ₹999/month (3 parents, unlimited messages, full features), and Pro Yearly at ₹9,999/year (10 parents, unlimited messages, save 17%). All plans include emergency alerts and daily check-ins.
The free plan includes: 1 parent profile, 5 AI messages per day, daily wellness check-ins, emergency alerts, and basic activity tracking. Health charts, medicine management, appointments, orders, and nutrition tracking require a Pro plan.
Go to your Profile or Settings page and select "Upgrade to Pro." Choose Monthly or Yearly, and you'll be redirected to a secure payment page. Your account upgrades instantly after payment.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can also restore a cancelled subscription before the period ends.
We accept all major Indian payment methods through our payment partner Dodo Payments, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
WhatsApp & AI
Yes. Conversations between your parent and Shravan are private and only visible to you (the family member) on your dashboard. We do not share conversation data with any third parties. Our AI processes messages to provide responses but does not store them beyond what's needed for the service.
Shravan uses OpenAI's GPT-4o, one of the most advanced AI models available. It's designed to be caring and helpful, but it is not a replacement for medical professionals. Always consult a doctor for medical decisions. Shravan will proactively suggest doctor visits when it detects concerning health patterns.
If your parent asks for human support or uses keywords like "help," "support," or "talk to someone," Shravan creates a support ticket and our team follows up. The AI gracefully handles topics outside its scope by redirecting to appropriate resources.
Privacy & Security
We use Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth with secure token management. Health data is stored in a dedicated, secured database. We follow industry-standard security practices.
Yes. You can delete individual parent profiles from the dashboard (which removes their health records, conversations, and reminders). To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@shravan.club.
Yes. We are committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, and you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
